How can I place an order on FAZINE?
Simply browse our store, add products to your cart, and follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified within 24 hours of placement. Contact our support team immediately to request changes.
Do you offer product warranties?
Yes, most of our products come with a supplier warranty. Check the product page for details.
Are all products listed in stock?
We update our inventory regularly. If a product is out of stock, it will be marked accordingly on the website.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, you may need to follow the return process once delivered.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship only within Saudi Arabia.
What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.
Do you provide tracking for my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Are there shipping charges?
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout. Some products may qualify for free shipping.
What should I do if my address is incorrect?
Please double-check your delivery information before placing your order. FAZINE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect items.
How do I request a return?
Contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
Will I get a cash refund?
Cash refunds are not available. Approved returns are issued as store credit.
How long does it take to receive store credit?
Store credit is usually issued within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
What items are not eligible for return?
Items returned without approval, after 3 days, or due to personal preference/change of mind are not eligible.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, and other local payment gateways available at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on FAZINE?
Yes! We use secure payment gateways to ensure your personal and financial information is protected.
Can I pay with cash on delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer COD. All payments must be made online.
